CNC Machining & Sheet Metal Quality Assurance
Making Metal Parts Procurement Simpler, More Transparent, and More Reliable
Quality is central to RHF precision metal manufacturing
We do more than manufacture parts to print: our systematic quality controls help ensure consistent dimensional accuracy, material performance, surface quality, and assembly fit across every production batch.
From the moment we receive your 2D drawings, 3D files, BOM, or physical samples, our engineering and quality teams work together to assess materials, critical tolerances, surface finishes, assembly requirements, and potential manufacturing risks. Whether your project involves CNC-machined parts, sheet metal components, metal stampings, castings, welded assemblies, gears, plastic parts, or custom hardware, quality management is embedded throughout incoming material inspection, first article approval, in-process control, final inspection, and pre-shipment verification, supporting a smoother transition from quotation and prototyping to volume production.
Robust Quality Management System
RHF operates a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and can implement applicable requirements aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 for automotive, medical electronics, and industrial equipment projects. Metal materials and surface finishing can be controlled to meet customer-specified international environmental requirements, including RoHS and REACH.
Through standardized production processes, supplier management, inspection records, and product traceability, we reduce the risks of material variation, out-of-tolerance dimensions, and inconsistent batch quality.
Certification support for regulated and global programs
Quality Starts Before Production, Not at Final Inspection
Consistent quality cannot rely on final inspection alone. Before production, RHF confirms critical quality requirements and translates them into defined manufacturing parameters, inspection criteria, and quality control plans.
Our engineering team identifies design issues that could affect cost, lead time, or assembly and provides DFM recommendations to help you:
- Optimize materials, part geometry, and manufacturing processes
- Identify unnecessarily tight or non-value-added tolerances
- Reduce the risk of deformation, cracking, burrs, and assembly issues
- Improve surface finishing results and product consistency
- Reduce rework, delays, and late-stage modification costs
All critical technical requirements are confirmed with the customer before production to prevent misunderstandings from affecting the project schedule.
End-to-End Product Quality Control
RHF has established a quality control system covering incoming materials, in-process production, final inspection, and shipment verification, ensuring every critical stage is standardized, documented, and traceable.
Precision Inspection for Verifiable Quality
We use CMMs, optical measuring systems, height gauges, calipers, micrometers, surface roughness testers, hardness testers, thread gauges, and coating thickness gauges to verify critical quality characteristics of metal parts, including:
Upon request, we can provide first article inspection reports, dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, surface finishing reports, and outgoing inspection records, giving customers clear visibility into product quality without an on-site visit.
- Dimensional tolerances and GD&T requirements
- Hole diameter, true position, flatness, concentricity, and runout
- Surface roughness and cosmetic quality
- Material hardness and mechanical properties
- Plating, coating, and anodized film thickness
- Weld quality, structural strength, and assembly fit
Quality information buyers can verify and act on
Rapid Understanding of Your Technical Requirements
Simply provide your drawings, 3D files, BOM, or samples. We will help evaluate materials, tolerances, manufacturing processes, surface finishes, and inspection requirements.
Multiple Manufacturing Processes, One Coordinated Team
RHF integrates CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, metal stamping, casting, welding, plastic and silicone molding, surface finishing, and component assembly, reducing the time and communication required to manage multiple suppliers.
Transparent Production Status and Quality Results
From prototyping through volume production, we actively track project progress and provide inspection records and quality documentation to keep customers informed of production and quality status.
Consistent Standards from Prototype to Production
After sample approval, material requirements, critical dimensions, production parameters, and inspection criteria are documented and carried forward into volume production to minimize batch-to-batch variation.
