OEM Manufacturing

OEM manufacturing is ideal for customers with completed product designs and approved drawings, CAD models, 3D files, BOMs, or technical specifications. We convert the approved design into stable, repeatable metal parts or complete assemblies. Materials, tolerances, surface finishes, functional requirements, and inspection criteria are confirmed before production and carried through to volume manufacturing after sample approval.

You retain ownership of your product design and brand. As your contract manufacturing partner, RHF manages engineering review, production execution, quality control, and delivery.

ODM Manufacturing

In ODM manufacturing, the manufacturer participates in product development and design engineering. Customers may provide only a product concept, application, functional requirements, target cost, or reference sample. RHF can support structural design, material selection, DFM analysis, prototype validation, mold and tooling development, volume production, and assembly, turning an initial concept into a manufacturable, testable, and production-ready product.
